With the development of communication technology in recent years, networked control systems are attracting more and more attention.
A networked control system is a control system in which the control target and the controller exchange information via a network. The use of a network as a communication channel offers advantages such as greater flexibility in wiring and simpler installation and maintenance. However, there is a problem that control performance may be degraded by missing data that occurs on the network. In addition, the frequency of occurrence of missing data is expected to fluctuate with time. Therefore, it is necessary to design a control system that takes into account the fluctuation of missing data and its frequency of occurrence. In this paper, we propose a method for estimating network traffic and switching controllers based on this method.
