Recently, with the development of communication technology, networked control systems have been attracting attention. A networked control system is a control system in which the controller and control target are separated and connected via a network. Networked control systems have the advantage of using the existing communication infrastructure, which improves the flexibility of wiring and simplifies installation and maintenance. On the other hand, there are problems such as missing or delayed data due to network quality or congestion, and data communication limitations due to the capacity of the communication channel. Therefore, multiple communication paths are often used to solve the problem of capacity limitation of communication paths. Even if information cannot be sent over a single channel due to the limited capacity of the channel, it can be sent by dividing the information and sending it over multiple channels. In this way, the use of multiple communication channels is expected to increase the amount of information transmitted and improve the control performance accordingly. However, if the same amount of information is allocated to each communication channel, signals sent using noisy channels may not be recovered. In addition, the control performance may deteriorate as a result. In order to allocate information appropriately, it is necessary to accurately estimate the characteristics of each communication channel.
